Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Standards
As a legitimate business, TedPack is committed to ESG standards and strives for legal compliance, social responsibility, and sustainable governance. ESG standards are based on internationally recognized principles, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and ILO core labor standards. Where applicable national regulations or contractual obligations are more stringent, these are prioritized. ESG standards are an integral part of TedPack, applicable to all relevant business relationships, and uphold human rights, ethical, and environmental standards; they are a core principle of TedPack.

Environment
Environmental protection
TedPack takes necessary measures to minimize the adverse environmental effects of its business activities and eliminate any significant environmental risks. Where these risks cannot be avoided, efforts are made to reduce them to a minimum. This includes pollution prevention, resource conservation, waste recycling, emission reduction, and proper wastewater disposal.
Climate change and energy efficiency
TedPack takes steps to mitigate climate change, aiming to achieve carbon neutrality by reducing emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases according to scientific carbon targets. This includes managing climate-related impacts and risks, and adopting renewable energy and energy-saving plant technologies.
Water Management
TedPack focuses on water availability and quality, efficient water use, reduced water intake, environmentally compatible water treatment, and proper wastewater treatment, especially in water-scarce areas or involving local communities. Water-related impacts, risks, and opportunities must be managed.
Recyclability and resource efficiency
TedPack manages materials in a circular economy manner, with a primary goal of reducing resource and raw material extraction. This includes, but is not limited to, minimizing waste, preserving the highest value of products, materials, and other resources, and utilizing them more efficiently in production and consumption processes.
Society
Respect for human rights
TedPack respects and protects international human rights and ensures that it does not involve violations or breaches of human rights.
Child labor, forced or compulsory labor, and human trafficking are prohibited.
PUnder International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, TedPack absolutely prohibits child labor, forced labor, any form of forced labor, or human trafficking. Employing individuals below the minimum permitted age for completion of compulsory education as stipulated by the law of the place of employment is prohibited. The minimum employment age must be 15 years old. Exceptions may be made if the minimum employment age law of the place of employment differs regarding the recruitment of certain types of workers (i.e., apprenticeships). Human trafficking is closely linked to forced labor and can leave workers without protection.
Diversity, equality and inclusion
TedPack respects and treats all employees with dignity. Unequal treatment and/or discrimination based on age, race, nationality, gender, gender identity, physical ability, mental ability, religion, worldview, sexual orientation, social background, or other legally protected characteristics are strictly prohibited. TedPack strives to provide a respectful and inclusive work environment through various strategies, training programs, and incentives to foster an inclusive culture.
Governance
Fair play
TedPack complies with all applicable national and international antitrust laws. We require our suppliers to commit to free competition and open markets, and to pledge to combat unfair, opaque, and restrictive competition. Suppliers should implement appropriate safeguards to ensure these commitments.
Product Quality
TedPack upholds its quality commitment by continuously managing quality from raw material procurement to finished product production and by tracking dangerous counterfeits to protect its patents.
