Flexible Packaging Bag Printing
Explore TedPack’s advanced printing solutions for flexible bags. From high-precision gravure to digital printing, empower brands to bring vibrant designs to life.
About Flexible Printing
Printing in flexible packaging involves applying graphics, text, and colors onto plastic films, laminates, or other flexible substrates.
Because flexible materials are lightweight and non-rigid, specialized printing techniques are required to ensure strong ink adhesion, precise color registration, and long-lasting durability during handling, filling, and storage.

Printing Method

GRAVURE PRINTING
Uses engraved cylinders to transfer ink directly onto the packaging film, creating consistent, high-resolution images. It is ideal for long runs with rich colors, fine details, and durable results.

DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital printing applies ink or toner directly without plates, allowing quick turnaround and low minimum orders. It supports variable designs, multiple SKUs, and high-quality graphics with excellent flexibility.

FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING
Flexographic printing employs flexible relief plates and fast-drying inks, making it highly efficient for large-scale production. It works well on various substrates and offers cost-effective, high-speed printing.
