Printing instruction
Let TedPack show you how flexible packaging bags can achieve high-quality presentation through different printing methods.
Printing Principle of Flexible Packaging Bags
TedPack’s flexible packaging bags are usually printed on the machine in roll film form. Using gravure or digital rotogravure technology, the design is accurately printed on the roll film, with precise control of color, position, and overprinting. The laminating, slitting, and bag-making steps are then carried out.
Printing not only determines the package’s visual presentation but also conveys the brand identity, legal information, use guidelines, and other key content. Let your brand image be stable.

Yes, we can handle multiple pouch types (stand-up, spout, flat-bottom, 3 side seal) in a single production run, but printing setup may vary depending on substrate and size.
We use Pantone color matching and strict quality control to ensure consistent color across all production runs, even with different substrates or printing methods.
We provide Gloss/Matte/Spot Finish/Embossed/Hot Stamping/Holographic/Digital Stamping Embossed/Soft Touch finishes. If you need references, we can provide comparison samples or send complimentary sample packs.
Matte finishes provide a soft, premium appearance, while gloss finishes enhance color vibrancy. Both can be achieved through post-print coating or specific inks.
Digital printing supports multiple personalized designs without requiring additional plates. Gravure and flexographic printing, however, necessitate plate changes for each new design.
