We use high-strength heat-sealing technology, combined with optional leakproof zippers, double-sealed edges, and high-pressure nozzle welding, and conduct 100% seal testing (drop testing, pressure testing, vacuum leak detection) before mass production.
How Do Personal Care Packaging Bags Accommodate Different Viscosities and Active Formulations?
For high-viscosity products (e.g., hair masks, conditioners) and low-viscosity products (e.g., shampoos, body washes), we adjust the bag type (stand-up pouches or spout pouches) and the dispensing nozzle diameter. For formulations containing acids, alcohols, or essential oils, we select chemically resistant materials (e.g., multi-layer PE/PP composite films).
