Custom Coffee Packaging
Tedpack provides roasters with Custom Printed Coffee Packaging: a variety of high-barrier designs. We offer a range of professional solutions tailored to your needs, enhancing brand value and functionality.

Ensure your Coffee Packaging
protect your product
Coffee is highly sensitive to moisture, oxidation, and aroma loss, making barrier performance, airtightness, and structural stability essential for its packaging.
At TedPack, our coffee pouches utilize goglio and wipf one side and both side degass valve available technology that allows CO₂ to escape while preventing outside air from entering.
Whether you’re packaging whole beans, ground coffee, or ready-to-drink blends, we can customize the structure and pouch format to meet your specific needs.

Coffee Product Packaging
High-Barrier Coffee Packaging
Coffee Bean is highly sensitive to oxidation, moisture ingress, and UV degradation. Freshly roasted beans require precision-engineered one-way degassing valves to vent CO2 and prevent bag bloating without compromising the internal environment.
Our advanced pouches provide a fortified oxygen barrier, blocking external elements while allowing the roast to “breathe.” Ensure peak aroma preservation and flavor integrity from roaster to cup with our professional-grade packaging solutions.

- Zipper provides reliable, repeatable sealing capabilities, helping to reduce air entry.
- The valve can release CO₂ and prevent air from flowing back in.
- High barrier laminate material, moisture-proof and oxygen-proof
- Various bag types, support upright and shelf-coated
- Environmentally friendly packaging can be used to enhance brand image.

Choose the Right Coffee Bag and Start with These Four Steps

Confirm product status
Is it a concentrate, ready-to-eat soup, hot-filled, or refrigerated?

Evaluate storage and transportation and display scenarios
Consider the coffee sales channels (e-commerce/store), whether a standing display is required, and whether consumers frequently use it.

Confirm brand positioning and budget scope
Choose whether to use kraft paper, matte film, high-definition printing and other visual expression methods according to the brand tone.

Obtain structural suggestions and sample tests
Contact us to obtain the matching structural scheme and conduct sample testing to ensure that the packaging function and brand effect are taken into account.

Customized Configuration for Coffee Pouch
We recommend three commonly used bag structures based on the characteristics of coffee products, which support full customization of size, structure and accessories.
Flat bottom coffee bag
Strong three-dimensional sense, large capacity, easy to display on shelves, suitable for mid-to-high-end whole bean products.
Stand up coffee bag with valve
The self-standing structure is stable, the air valve is automatically exhausted, and it is suitable for grinding powder and medium-packaged coffee.
Kraft paper coffee bag
Natural texture, suitable for environmentally friendly concept brands; paired with easy-to-tear and repeatable sealing design to enhance user experience.
Exhaust Valve-
The Soul of Coffee Bag
One of the most critical accessories in coffee packaging is the exhaust valve. In the past, the treatment of coffee gas once became a packaging problem. With the development of one-way gas valve technology, this problem was completely solved.
Our coffee bags support a wide range of high-performance exhaust valves and customize valve positions according to packaging automation requirements.

Custom Coffee Packaging FAQS
What Is the Difference Between Ground Coffee Pouches and Coffee Bean Pouches?
Ground coffee requires more moisture, shade, and an oxygen barrier, while whole beans rely more on the venting function, and the packaging structure needs to be optimized according to the form.
Why Do Roasted Coffee Beans Need a Degassing Valve?
Freshly roasted coffee beans continue to release carbon dioxide for the first 7 days. The use of a coffee valve prevents the bag from expanding or rupturing while maintaining a stable internal environment.
How Long Can I Keep the Coffee in the Coffee Packaging?
The shelf life of coffee depends on its type and whether the package is opened or not.
Typically, ground coffee will keep for about three to five months after roasting, while whole coffee beans have a shelf life of six to nine months.
Once the package has been opened, the freshness time will be significantly shorter: ground coffee will keep for about three months after opening, and whole beans will remain in good condition for six months after first use.
To prolong the freshness of coffee, it is recommended to use high-barrier packaging and keep the bag well sealed, along with a suitable storage environment.
Can Coffee Pouches Be Designed with a Window?
Although it is possible to design coffee bags with transparent windows, it is not recommended. This is due to the fact that light may affect the coffee in some way.
What Size Coffee Packaging Do You Have?
We often use 3-5 lbs coffee bags, but of course, we also have larger sizes up to 10kg and 22 lbs available. You can send in your capacity requirements, and we will recommend the right size information for you.
