Artwork Preparation Guide
Ensure your designs print perfectly with Tedpack’s step-by-step instructions.
Why You Should Follow the Artwork Instruction
Adhering to these guidelines helps prevent production delays, minimizes costly revisions, and guarantees high-quality results that match your vision.
By preparing files correctly, you’ll speed up approvals, reduce errors in colors or layouts, and get your custom packaging faster—saving time and money while ensuring compliance with industry standards for rotogravure, flexo, or digital methods.

Main Procedures of Artwork

Step 1: Download the Correct Dieline
Get the dieline (template) that matches your pouch type and size. Each dieline defines cutting lines, zippers, valves, and other structural details. Always use the dieline provided by our team to ensure production accuracy.

Step 2: Place Your Artwork Properly
Insert your design into the dieline file on a separate layer for each SKU. Keep all critical text, logos, and design elements within the safe zone to prevent cutting or sealing interference.

Step 3: Save and Name Each File Clearly
Save each SKU as an individual file in AI or PDF format. Use clear naming (e.g., “Brand_Flavor_Size.ai”) to avoid confusion and to speed up the approval process.

Step 4: Submit for Review and Approval
Compress your files and upload them through the designated link or email. Our prepress team will review the files for compliance and send proofs for your confirmation before production starts.
The Compressed File Includes the Following Documents
Please compress all artwork-related files into one folder before uploading. This package ensures Tedpack’s team receives every essential document for accurate layout checking, color control, and proofing. Providing complete files helps maintain print precision and speeds up the approval process for timely production.

Yes, we can handle multiple pouch types (stand-up, spout, flat-bottom, 3 side seal) in a single production run, but printing setup may vary depending on substrate and size.
We use Pantone color matching and strict quality control to ensure consistent color across all production runs, even with different substrates or printing methods.
We provide Gloss/Matte/Spot Finish/Embossed/Hot Stamping/Holographic/Digital Stamping Embossed/Soft Touch finishes. If you need references, we can provide comparison samples or send complimentary sample packs.
Matte finishes provide a soft, premium appearance, while gloss finishes enhance color vibrancy. Both can be achieved through post-print coating or specific inks.
Digital printing supports multiple personalized designs without requiring additional plates. Gravure and flexographic printing, however, necessitate plate changes for each new design.
